Clarksville, Ark.-The Eagles (12-10), (5-4) were beaten 92-78 on February 7 by University of Dallas.
The Eagles were unable to overcome a 52-34 first half deficit against the Crusaders. The Eagles again had balanced scoring with four players who scored ten or more points. The Eagles remain one of the highest scoring teams in the ASC with a 80.6 average per game. The Eagles hit 14 of 20 (70%) free throws in the game. Madrell Howell had 16 points and Brent Gibbs followed with 15. Ricky Johnson scored 11 points and V.J. Akers scored 10 points. Howell recorded a team high 9 rebounds.
