Austin College built an 8-point advantage five minutes into the second half before Ozarks hit three shots from long-distance to take control of the game. Bryanna Moltz nailed a three-pointer to cut the deficit to 51-46 and RaShelle Goldman hit another on Ozarks next possession to pull the Lady Eagles even closer. Andrews knocked down a jumper to give Ozarks its first lead of the second half and Goldman followed with her fourth three-pointer of the game to push Ozarks in front 54-51. Andrews would later hit two more three-pointers to keep the Lady Kangaroos from threatening in crunch time.

Farmer scored a team-high 16 points on 7-of-11 shooting from the field. Andrews followed with 15 points, and Tamara Wilkett and Goldman scored 13 and 12 points, respectively.
