Clarksville, Ark.-The Lady Eagles traveled to Conway to face Hendrix College on Tuesday afternoon in a non-conference match and will begin conference action against rival Austin College this Friday at home.

The Lady Eagles (2-2) fell 1-0 to a tough Lady Warrior team. The Lady Eagles played well throughout the match and proved to be a tough opponent for a Hendrix squad that picked up its third win of the year, including a 3-0 victory over conference foe UT-Tyler on Sunday. A goal at the 78:38 mark by the Lady Warriors is all Hendrix would need to seal the match. Ozarks had a strong offensive game and nearly had as many shots as the Lady Warriors (14-15). Junior forward Lindy Swatzell had a team-best five shots and two shots on goal to lead the Lady Eagles. Freshman goalkeeper Sarah Stratton (2-2) received the loss after making eight saves.
