Clarksville, Ark. ---The Children of the World International Children's Choir will perform at the University of the Ozarks during the university's weekly chapel service, 11 a.m., Tuesday, Nov. 9, in Munger Chapel.

The choir, which is in the middle of a 10-month U.S. tour, is comprised of 15 orphaned or disadvantaged children from countries such as India, Burma, Nepal, Brazil, Uganda and the Philippines. The choir raises awareness as well as funds to provide new or updated children’s home facilities that provide care and shelter for thousands of needy children around the world. The concert will feature songs, in both English and native dialects, as well as personal testimonies. Additionally, a video presentation will highlight footage of each child’s home country. The concert is free and open to the public.
