Arkansas Business publisher set to speak March 31

Clarksville, Ark. --- Arkansas Business Publishing Group President and Publisher Jeff Hankins will speak on the U of O campus on Thursday, March 31, as part of the Students-In-Free-Enterprise and Phi Beta Lambda Distinguished Speakers Series.

Jeff Hankins will speak on the campus on March 31 as part of the SIFE and PBL Distinguished Speaker Series.

Hankins’ talk, titled “Marketing Mayhem,” will begin at 11 a.m. in Baldor Auditorium, located in the Boreham Business Building.

A native of Pine Bluff, Hankins is a graduate of Arkansas State University.. He became editor of Arkansas Business in Little Rock in 1993, was promoted to publisher in 1996, and became president of the company in 1999. His 30-year journalism career also includes work at publications across Arkansas. Hankins also reports business news and provides political analysis on Today’s THV, Channel 11, and he appears as a panelist on AETN’s “Arkansas Week.”
