Work Day Yoga is a gentle class and can be done in your work day attire. The class lasts for 30 minutes, but you can drop in and drop out during the open ended time frame. The purpose is to teach you techniques that are easy to do at work or at home.
Students Without Borders is an organization that aims to encourage cultural awareness and inclusion within the student body at University of the Ozarks. If you are interested in connecting with others as well as learning about new cultures, then they hope to see you there! Come with ideas, questions, and an open spirit!
