Ángel U. shows us what it means to utilize the concept of dance as well as total body articulation. Like many cultures, Afro Dance expresses the cultural style of movement from many different roots. Come enjoy this hour long session as the week comes to an end.
Learn the basics of tradition yoga as this hour long class conducts an opportunity to reflect and become aware of yourself. All experience levels are welcome as the community of Clarksville and Ozarks join together with Instructor, Krista D.
A high-energy dance class with a cultural experience from the Caribbean that unties rhythm, movement, and song. Please join Shanovia F. and Chava R. as they instruct you through a fun and fulfilling movement session.
Weekly worship during Ozark's Sabbath Hour. Services are typically between 30-40 minutes. University Chaplain, Jeremy Wilhelmi leads and often has guest preachers from the area and campus speak as well.
Another great cardio and strength class that will work up a sweat and move with a set of different exercises. This 45 minute session is a must to experience and embrace for Ozarks and community members alike.
The campus weekly shuttle service will be picking students up from the circle drive by the Seay Student Center from 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm every Wednesday. Please know that this is a rotating shuttle service. The time is limited and will not be leaving campus later than 8:15 p.m. The shuttle will not pick up students past 8:45 p.m. Wednesday evening. Students can utilize this shuttle service for picking up groceries and other errand needs within the Clarksville area.
