The Communication Studies minor helps students develop their skills in speaking, working with groups, and understanding relationships. Regardless of a student’s major, communication skills are one key to career success.

- SCM 1033: Introduction to Rhetoric and Social InfluenceThis course gives an overview of communication theories and how they play a role in creating messages for different audiences. Students will learn about communication through interactive exercises and a project.
