Direct Deposit Policy


To expedite the processing of student payments, the University of the Ozarks is implementingprocedures to allow for the direct deposit funds into a student’s account by the use of Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT).

Students who desire to participate in the direct deposit program should complete a Direct Deposit Authorization Form. This form will allow for the direct deposit of all types of student payments and authorize the University to notify the students of the payments by e-mail.

Students who desire to deposit a work study payment against their student account will need to contact the Office of Administrative Services (formerly Business Office) to complete required authorizations.

Direct Deposit Authorization Forms will remain in place for returning students. Students who have elected to receive the EFT will be required to acknowledge that their bank information remains accurate as part of the Fall registration process.

It will be the student’s responsibility to notify the Office of Administrative Services in writing regarding any changes in account information or to cancel the authorization.
