Commencement is the pinnacle of academic success — representing years of hard work, dedication, and commitment.
The University will celebrate its Fall 2025 graduates with a Commencement ceremony on December 20, 2025, in the Munger-Wilson Chapel.
The Commencement ceremony will be livestreamed on KUOZ’s YouTube Channel so that family and friends who cannot attend will be able to view the ceremony. This link will be shared via university social media once it becomes available the morning of the ceremony.
Important Dates for Fall 2025 Commencement:
| September 11, 2025 | Starting date to order caps, gowns, and stoles. Order link will be emailed to graduating seniors. |
| October 20, 2025 | Deadline to order caps and gowns online |
| October 30, 2025 | Deadline to order senior bricks (Email Pat Cogan). Orders must be placed by 5 p.m. on October 30. |
| November 11, 2025 | Caps, gowns, and stoles may be picked up starting this date at the Bookstore |
| December 13, 2025 | Deadline to RSVP for Senior Dinner and Brick Ceremony by 5 p.m. (Email Pat Cogan) |
| December 18, 2025 | Deadline to pick up caps, gowns, and stoles from the Bookstore 4 p.m. — Graduation rehearsal in Munger – Wilson Chapel (Graduates are strongly encouraged to attend.) 6 p.m. — Cocktail Hour at Rogers Conference Center (Graduates, Faculty, and Staff only) 7 p.m. — Senior Dinner at Rogers Conference Center (Graduates, Faculty, and Staff only) |
| December 19, 2025 | 4:00 p.m. — Brick Ceremony beginning in the RCC (Graduates, Family and Friends) |
| December 20, 2025 | 10:30 a.m. — Commencement Ceremony at Munger – Wilson Chapel Deadline to complete First Destination Survey with Career Services |
